Located 1.8 km from the center of Eygalieres on a one-hectare garden, this mas (Provencal farmhouse) has retained its traditional French charm while providing nowadays comfort. 
A beautiful entrance hall with powder room leads to:
   - a large living room with fireplace and TV opening onto the garden through French windows,
   - a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, also opening onto the garden and a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor meals,
   - a laundry/pantry with washing machine, tumble dryer and ice maker.
Also on the first floor:
   - an air-conditioned bedroom (queen-size bed) opening onto the garden with en-suite shower room (basin, walk-in shower and toilet), a
  - an air-conditioned bedroom (2 single beds or 1 king-size bed) with en-suite shower room (basin, shower).
Upstairs are:
   - a large air-conditioned bedroom (king-size bed) with en-suite bathroom (double washbasin, bath, walk-in shower and toilet)
   - an air-conditioned bedroom (queen-size bed) with en-suite shower room (washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet).
Accessible from the outside, the Orangerie can comfortably accommodate a further 4 people independently. It features:
   - a living room with TV and a kitchenette that folds away into an elegant cabinet,
   - an air-conditioned bedroom (queen-size bed) and en-suite shower room (basin, walk-in shower and toilet),
   - an air-conditioned bedroom (2 single beds or 1 king-size) and en-suite shower room (basin, walk-in shower and toilet).
The outdoor amenities of the large flower-filled garden include:

Pool heating included from 1st May to 15 October. For other periods, heating will be charged at €700 per week. 
The house can be rented with 4 or 6 bedrooms.

Low season : January, February, March, November, 1st half of December
€4,800/week for 6 rooms - €3,850/week for 4 rooms
Mid-season: April, May, June, September, October and 2nd fortnight of December
€6,500/week for 6 rooms - €5,400/week for 4 rooms
High season: July, August: 2-week minimum rental
€9,500 per fortnight for 6 rooms
Tourist tax in addition: €4.32/day/adult
