The entrance hall leads to a large open space of 80 m² with wide glass doors, including a spacious fully equipped kitchen (three ovens including a steam oven, American fridge, …) opening onto an east-facing patio and a covered south-facing terrace; a large living room with fireplace; and a dining room—all with French doors opening onto the terrace and garden.
Also on the ground floor, guest toilets, a first double bedroom (160 cm bed) with bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower, and WC), a second double bedroom (two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed) with shower room (walk-in shower/WC), and a utility room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron).
A stone staircase from the entrance hall leads to 2 double bedrooms (160 cm beds), each with its own shower room (walk-in shower, WC), and another double bedroom (2 x 90 cm or 1 x 180 cm) with shower room on the landing.

Set on 3,200 m² of enclosed, landscaped grounds, there are flowerbeds, relaxation areas in several spots, a large covered dining area with table, outdoor lounge, and charcoal barbecue, an infinity pool measuring 11 x 4.5 m secured by an automatic cover, sun loungers, a shaded pergola, and an outdoor shower.
