Covering an area of 300 m², the ground floor offers an entrance library, a bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink), an air-conditioned bedroom (140 cm bed) with a private bathroom, a large and bright living room with a fireplace, a dining room open to the fitted kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee makers, 2-burner induction and 2-burner gas stoves, Sodastream, Magimix food processor, etc.), a pantry with additional storage and appliances, and a utility room.
Upstairs, the landing leads to a master bedroom (160 cm bed) with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (shower, bathtub, vanity unit, toilet), two air-conditioned double bedrooms (either two 80 cm beds or one 160 cm bed), one air-conditioned double bedroom (140 cm bed), a family bathroom (shower, vanity unit, and toilet), and a separate WC (toilet and sink).
In front of the farmhouse, the south-facing terrace is delightfully shaded by the large trees. A large table and chairs welcome you for aperitifs, meals, or reading.
To the west, near the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and drying lines.
The pool, measuring 13.5 x 5.5 m and secured by an automatic cover, is discreetly located to the east of the house. Sun loungers and a swinging bench are perfect for relaxing. The pool house features a well-equipped summer kitchen (sink, refrigerator, cooktop, small electric plancha, coffee machine), a large table, and a hammock, while the utility area includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
The one-hectare grounds guarantee peace and offer a variety of activities for both young and old: ping-pong table, pétanque court, basketball hoop, hide-and-seek among fruit trees, or simply unwinding in the evening under the starry sky.
