In the heart of Eygalières, yet set back from the street, this 170 m² house offers a warm and comfortable family-style décor.
On the ground floor you will find:
   - an entrance with cloakroom and toilet,
   - a living room with fireplace and TV, French doors opening onto the garden,
   - a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster…),
   - a pantry/laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron),
   - an air-conditioned bedroom with a 180 cm bed, opening onto the garden, with TV and an en-suite shower room (double sinks, walk-in shower, separate toilet).
Upstairs there are:
   - an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an en-suite shower room (double sinks, walk-in shower and toilet),
   - and an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) or 1 double bed (180 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, sink and toilet).
In the enclosed 700 m² garden:
   - a swimming pool measuring 8.5 x 4 meters, secured by an automatic cover, heated from May 1st to October 15th (extra 700 €/week outside these dates),
   - an open 18 m² pool shelter with deck chairs,
   - a covered terrace with table, chairs and plancha, plus garden seating area,
   - two parking spaces.
Bed linen and towels provided for the week, additional changes: 35 €.
WiFi, pool and garden maintenance included.

Mid season
April, May, June, September, October, second half of December: 4,150 €/week
High season
July and August, only for 15 consecutive days: 6,000 €/week
