Passing through the porch with an outdoor table and chairs, to the right of the entrance you'll find an equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, multifunction microwave, dishwasher, small appliances), and to the left of the entrance, the living room with a wood-burning insert, a sofa, two armchairs, and a desk, very useful for those working remotely.
From the living room, an air-conditioned bedroom (140 cm bed) with en-suite shower-room (walk-in shower with seat, vanity unit, and toilet) is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds can accommodate children, and five steps further on, a large air-conditioned bedroom (200 x 200 cm bed) with closets, a wardrobe, a separate toilet, and an en-suite shower-room (walk-in shower and vanity unit) will accommodate parents.
On the side of the house, a pantry with washing machine, ironing board and iron, an extra fridge with freezer compartment, storage, and electrical meters.
In the garden to the west of the house, the 7 m x 3.5 m pool is heated on demand (€150/week) and secured by an underwater alarm. Sun loungers and deck chairs surround it, and a pergola provides some shade.
Families with a young child will find a crib, high chair, and baby bath on site.
