The large, bright living room with a table, sideboard, and TV opens on one side to the seating area with a sofa, and on the other side to the kitchen, which is fully equipped: a stove with 5 gas burners and a large oven, microwave, American-style refrigerator, stone sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, soft pod coffee machine, and plenty of storage.
The lovely bedroom (140 cm bed) with a large wardrobe and bench is also flooded with natural light. The hallway provides access to a closet with a washing machine and additional storage, and to the modern bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, vanity top, and stone basin. The toilet is separate for added convenience. The sitting area, where the sofa bed is located, can be closed off with heavy blackout curtains.
When the sun is still gentle, you can enjoy lunch in the well-sheltered courtyard. In summer, you'll grill and dine in the shade of the mulberry tree. The vegetation that grows in spring will create a cozy, secluded spot where you'll love to relax.
