A 6 X 4 m² pool protected by an alarm, shaded terrace with awning, "pre-dinner terrace," ping pong, darts, and "coffee terrace," entrance, fully equipped independent kitchen, living room, dining room, office/playroom, 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. (Bedroom 1: bed 160 cm X 200 cm; bedroom 2: two beds 90 cm X 190 cm)
On the floor with independent access from outside:

Availability dates:

Security deposit of 2 months' rent / The number of occupants must not exceed the sleeping capacity; out of respect for the neighbors, parties and other nighttime noise or DJ evenings are prohibited. Pets are not allowed (except small ones).

Booking conditions:
- Seasonal rentals: 30% upon booking and the balance 15 days before arrival.
If the date is too close or a last-minute booking, the full balance will be due at booking.
- Long-term rentals: advance payment required.
Final cleaning is mandatory, price €100.
