A 6 X 4 m pool equipped with an alarm, shaded terrace with awning, "aperitif terrace," ping pong, darts, and "coffee terrace," entrance, independent equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, an office/playroom, 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. (Bedroom 1: 160 cm X 200 cm bed, bedroom 2: two 90 cm X 190 cm beds)
Upstairs with independent access from outside:
Entrance, 1 master bedroom - 160 x 200 cm bed - with its bathroom.
Availability dates:

Deposit of 2 months' rent / The number of occupants must not exceed sleeping capacity; out of respect for the neighbors, parties and other loud nighttime gatherings or DJ events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed (except small ones).

Booking conditions:
- Seasonal rentals: 30% deposit upon booking and balance 15 days before arrival.
If booking is last minute or close to the date, full payment will be required at booking.
- Long-term rentals: advance payment required.
Final cleaning is mandatory, cost €100.

Garden and pool maintenance, internet box except for abnormal usage
